The Philadelphia Eagles have been haunted by cornerback problems for two years. Last season they worked around it because their pass rush was excellent. This year it’s finally catching up to them as the team has now lost Vinny Curry (free agency) and Derek Barnett (injury). They sorely need another body on the back end who can cover. Deandre Baker is their kind of guy. People will overlook him because of the size but he plays physical, is athletic and has a knack for locating the football and making a play on it. He’s somebody a team can trust to cover his guy all game long.
