Keys for Ohio State

Block out the noise

Last year Penn State set a Beaver Stadium attendance record with over 110,000 fans bearing down on the Michigan Wolverines. With College GameDay back in Happy Valley the energy is at an all-time high and there’s a chance that attendance record is broken for a second consecutive year when the White Out bears down.

There’s simply no understating the White Out, and those who haven’t experienced it have no clue what the environment is like. It’s truly deafening from every point of the stadium and it’s a new environment for quarterback Dwayne Haskins.

Protect Dwayne Haskins

Playing for the Buckeyes is a dream come true for quarterback Dwayne Haskins, and he’s living up to the dreams up Ohio State fans. Haskins and the Ohio State offense have scored at least 40-points in every game this season, including 77 against Oregon State.

More from Big 10

Ohio State’s offensive line has only allowed six sacks this year after losing center Billy Price and tackle Jamarco Jones to the NFL. Half of those sacks came last week against Tulane and Ohio State’s depth has taken a hit with Brady Taylor out following knee surgery.

Penn State averages four sacks a game this year with senior Shareef Miller leading the way with three this year.

Look for pressure from Miller, Yetur Gross-Matos, and Shaka Toney throughout.
