When the rain comes at home, Joe Flacco seems to excel. Flacco had another good game spreading the ball around to his pass catchers while the offensive line, for the most part, kept Flacco upright.

Flacco threw for 277 yards with a touchdown (25 for 40) and played mistake-free football again as his touchdown to interception ratio is 6-2 so far.

The run game also looked better than what it has been, with Alex Collins carrying the ball 18 times for 68 yards and a touchdown. The combination of Collins and Javorious Allen, who also had a rushing touchdown, is looking like one of the better running back duos in the league.

Collins can break one off anytime and Allen is a threat in the red zone and as a receiver with four total touchdowns this season. With teams now shifting over to stopping the passing game and not stacking the box, more running lanes should open for Collins in the coming weeks.

The two Ravens starting receivers had the highest catch totals for their careers in Baltimore so far (John Brown with five, Michael Crabtree with seven).

Rookie Mark Andrews, Willie Snead, and Allen (one receiving touchdown) also made an impact in the passing game. Even though Crabtree has been great and has been clutch on third down, John Brown has been what the Ravens have tried to find ever since Torrey Smith, a deep threat that can stretch the field but that can secure the catch most of the time.

With Hayden Hurst slowly coming back from injury in a few weeks, this Ravens passing game could be even better than what it has been, exceeding any expectations so far. Hurst with a budding Andrews tight end duo would be a sight to see.
