Ravens defense

The Ravens defense as a whole smothered the Bills but their pass rush especially got after them, notching six total sacks on Peterman and Allen.

Tim Williams got his first sack in the NFL after a subpar rookie year as he was not on the field much last year. Pass rushers Za’Darius Smith and veteran Terrell Suggs had sacks and Matthew Judon had a few pressures as well off the edge.

CornerbackTavon Young led the team with two sacks and rookie Kenny Young had one sack when the backups got on the field in the fourth quarterback.

With the rest of the defensive line and pass rushers, this team could easily top their sack total from last year with more depth than ever. Interceptions from Brandon Carr and Tony Jefferson give the Ravens two forced turnovers as this defense is looking to get back into the top-five defense conversation along with the great defenses in the NFL.
