2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Ryan Finley . 2. player. 48. . QB. N.C. State

Make no mistake. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are running out of patience with Jameis Winston. His off-the-field problems haven’t gone away since college and he continues to showcase frequent issues with decision-making on the field too, leading to too many bad turnovers. Now he’s suspended for three games in 2018. If he can return and deliver a strong year, it may be time to move on.

Expect the Bucs to seek out a quarterback who is his complete opposite. Ryan Finley doesn’t have a wow factor but he’s got solid skills across the board, protects the football and showcases all the qualities of a team leader. N.C. State also has a proven reputation for producing future NFL studs (Philip Rivers and Russell Wilson).
