4. Justin Herbert, Oregon

Mediocrity has hovered over the University of Oregon during the past two seasons but there is optimism in place for 2018. Herbert is a great reason why

The junior quarterback only has 16 games under his belt due the injuries over the course of his career but he does have an impressive 34:9 touchdown-to-interception ratio. Efficient is an accurate adjective when describing Herbert’s ability. With the high-octane offense for the Ducks, Herbert is a natural fit and to put things rather bluntly, Herbert is the engine of the Ducks offense.

It will be interesting to see if Herbert can put together a full season of work after only playing in eight games in each of the past two seasons. New Oregon head coach Mario Cristobal has an ace in the hole in Herbert and if healthy, Herbert will prove why he is one of the top prospects in the upcoming 2019 NFL Draft, if he declares of course.
