Jacksonville Jaguars

After a 2017 season that saw them fall only one touchdown shy of their first Super Bowl appearance (lost 24-20 to Patriots in the AFC Championship), Jacksonville is primed for another deep run through the playoffs.

More from NFL Free Agency

Behind a resurgent defense led by Jalen Ramsey, A.J. Bouye and Calais Campbell, and now-sophomore running back Leonard Fournette, the Jaguars were a force to be reckoned with. Quarterback Blake Bortles delivered some spotty play all season but got a huge payday anyway, signing a long-term deal after the conclusion of the season.

However, Jacksonville was without receivers Allen Robinson (tore ACL in week 1) and Allen Hurns for much of the season during this improbable run. If only Bortles had better targets to work with than Marqise Lee, Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole, they might have been able to go further.

Dez Bryant would instantly have a chance to compete for a Super Bowl ring with this team and be the top receiver on the team, making this destination an intriguing one. Again, it’s going to be all about making the money work here but there’s no football reasons keeping Dez from Jacksonville.
