Seattle Seahawks

If the season ended today…

…The Seattle Seahawks would not make the playoffs.

As crazy as this sounds, it’s true.

Right now, the Seattle Seahawks are in second place in the NFC West, and due to the competitive conference as a whole, they would be out of the playoffs thanks to tie-breakers.

Now, this one has plenty of time to turn around, and what we know of Seattle is that it likely will, but the Seahawks were just beaten on their home field by the Washington Redskins, and have struggled badly along the offensive line this year.

What if this team misses the playoffs?

As of right now, the Seahawks have the lowest opponent win percentage (.400) of teams with five wins or more. As a matter of fact, no team in the NFL has played an ‘easier’ schedule than the Seahawks.

There’s time to get back into the thick of things, but as of right now, the Seahawks are on the outside looking in.
