In less than 24 hours two first round picks from the 2015 NFL Draft have been traded by their original team. Additionally, 6 of the first 50 picks are no longer with the team that drafted them.

This week the Detroit Lions traded first round pick Laken Tomlinson to the San Francisco 49ers for a measly fifth-round pick. Cleveland completely a similar move with Kansas City, sending the 19th overall pick Cam Erving to the Chiefs for a late round draft pick.

Dorial Green-Beckham, Devin Smith, Eric Rowe, and Ronald Darby are no longer with their original teams.

It’s not unusual to see players move around the league, but that many young players drafted early moving on?

They certainly won’t be the only ones who’ll start upcoming seasons on different teams. Wide receivers Kevin White, Nelson Agholor, Phillip Dorsett, and Breshad Perriman are just some of the busts from this class. You can consider offensive linemen Ereck Flowers, Cedric Ogbuehi, D.J. Humphries in that category, as can Dante Fowler in some aspects.

Who are the success stories in this class? Look no futher than the two quarterbacks that went in the top two picks, Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota. Amari Cooper, Byron Jones, Vic Beasley, and Marcus Peters look like perennial Pro Bowlers going forward.

No draft pick is a guarantee, but a class such as the 2015 one could be one of the worst in recent memory. Winston and Mariota will be the saving grace for the class but beyond them far too many questions remain.
