Several of the NFL top rookies have not signed their rookie contracts

Of the 32 players drafted in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft, only 17 have signed a contract.

Some could be attending organized team activities after signing an injury waiver, something Broncos wide receiver Carlos Henderson is doing.
