4th Round (via BUF)

The situation at outside linebacker is becoming tenuous for teh Bears defense. Drafting Leonard Floyd was a smart move. With more time and work he should become a capable young edge rusher for them. The issues center around the veterans they have. Willie Young and Lamarr Houston are solid contributors but pushing into their 30s. Pernell McPhee was supposed to become an ace for them but is dealing with troublesome knee issues that could threaten his long-term success.
So adding more young depth at the position is simple smart logic. Hunter Dimick is a name to watch. He comes from a solid program at Utah and showed just what he could do in 2014 when he delivered 10 sacks. His physical dimensions and athleticism fit the 3-4 outside linebacker mold. The question is has he gotten over the injury problems that limited him to seven games in 2015? No doubt he could be a potential gem in the 4th round.
. OLB. Utah. Hunter Dimick . 4. player. 57
