Everything about this off-season has looked like Chicago Bears GM Ryan Pace wanted to stockpile picks.  He’s presented another opportunity here by the Jets and takes it.  Now with 10 total selections, he’s free to go after players of value throughout the draft and he starts by giving his secondary a quality cover corner to help fortify their pass defense. <p> </p> <p>William Jackson III has fast become one of the darlings of the draft.  A previous unknown out of Houston, a strong seasons that delivered some impressive tape and a stirring performance at the scouting combine got him notices.  He’s got all the tools from size, to length to deep speed and ball skills.  Jackson proved a real headache for quarterbacks to throw against as his 30 passes defended in 2015 proved.  That kind of coverage prowess is something the Bears can’t ignore.</p>.
