ESPN will begin airing it’s annual NFL Draft series “Hey Rookie, Welcome to the NFL” on Tuesday night.
“Hey Rookie, Welcome to the NFL” is a four-part series features top draft prospects, including three quarterbacks. It follows players through the NFL Draft process, including the Combine, private workouts, and their lives off the field.
Jared Goff (California), Carson Wentz (North Dakota State), and Christian Hackenberg (Penn State) will represent the quarterbacks in this years series. Also on offense will be running back Kenneth Dixon (Louisiana Tech) and wide receiver Laquon Treadwell (Ole Miss).
On the defensive side, two of the three players carry controversy. Robert Nkemdiche (Ole Miss) and Noah Spence (Eastern Kentucky) have both been the face of criticism due to off the field concerns. West Virginia safety Karl Joseph will also be featured as he comes off of injury.
Here is the television schedule for each of the episodes, which will run every Tuesday night through the NFL Draft on ESPN.

“Hey Rookie, Welcome to the NFL” Schedule
Tuesday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m. – Episode #1
Tuesday, April 19 at 7:30 p.m. – Episode #2
Tuesday, April 26 at 9:30 p.m. – Episode #3
Tuesday, May 3 at 8:30 p.m. – Episode #4
Each of those players are expected to be drafted in the first three rounds and bring an instant impact to their NFL team.
Jon Gruden’s Quarterback Camp will also premier Tuesday night, featuring Connor Cook, Jared Goff, Christian Hackenberg, Cardale Jones, Paxton Lynch, Dak Prescott, and Carson Wentz. It will begin on April 12 at 8:30 p.m. on the ESPN network.
Gruden’s Quarterback Camp has featured players such as Jameis Winston, Marcus Mariota, Andrew Luck, and Cam Newton.
While this years quarterback class may not be the flashiest in years past, the un-tapped potential is certainly there.
