Cleveland Browns: Guide for the next Front Office
Once again the Cleveland Browns are blowing up the front office and they’re left on their own from their usual league-basement partners like the Raiders, Buccaneers and Jaguars. No, this year Cleveland is the only team back in their old tread and it’s beginning to look like hiring Jimmy Haslam as the owner, was nothing more than a new face to the same ideals of Randy Lerner. Hire and fire, hire and fire, hire hire then fire fire. To those who sit outside the organization there has to be wonder of when this cycle of disaster is going to end. For those who support, follow, and love this team the heartache of waiting on another two or three more seasons of “maybe turning it around” continues to drag on.
There’s plenty that the Browns can do in this off-season that could promote them as a team and keep them from being the doormat of the NFL over the next few years, but it starts with needing to be grounded organization. There are teams that sometimes get lucky and find the coach that can turn it right around, but most teams need a little TLC and the Browns are going to be one of those organizations.
