Colin Kaepernick Trade Options: Five Teams That Make Sense

In a move that was in someways not a shock, Jim Tomsula decided to bench Colin Kaepernick in favor of Blaine Gabbert. It’s clearly not based on talent, more on Kaeperninck’s frustrating lack of performance and deterioration of game quality. Since leading the 49ers to back-to-back NFC Championship games, Kaepernick has just not been able to stay consistent and develop into what we all expected him to be.

With the trade deadline quickly coming up on us, here are some of the teams that may want to make an investment towards a guy who was well on his way to being one of the best quarterbacks in the game.
