Adrian Amos
Here is the other rookie making noise. More than a few people were surprised that Adrian Amos, a fifth round pick, was able to crack the starting lineup at free safety so quickly. Granted, an injury to Ryan Mundy and Brock Vereen being terrible helped but the kid has begun to draw attention to why the Bears felt they got a steal.
14. Adrian Amos looks like he’s getting in a groove. Kid can play.

Been pretty impressed by S Adrian Amos. Not a perfect player, but for a 5th round pick he has played well and seems to be getting better.

Good safeties are so hard to find these days. So if Amos begins to progress, the Bears defense may finally have solved one of their biggest issues that has plagued them for a decade.
