NFL Mocks Staff Predictions: NFL Week 3

So the Broncos are 2-0, and I know Sayre is ecstatic about that. However, he is not happy that I have yet to pick the Broncos to win a single game. Sorry bud, nothing personal, just seeing the inevitable truth that Peyton is on his last leg. BUT, the defense has looked wildly impressive through two games, and that may be enough to get them into the playoffs! Even with the massive fall off of CJ Anderson.

The Lions are somehow 0-2. I don’t know how. I can’t explain why they took Pluto away as a planet either, but I put them both in the same category of things I cannot yet explain. I’ll add them both to my list.

They go just under “how have I survived this long”. Can’t explain that one either. BUT, this should be quite the matchup. Both of these teams love playing in the prime time, and I think home field makes the difference here.

Yes, that was direct commentary from us. It seemed necessary to write that in. We still have this one 6-3 in favor of the Broncos, so rest easy Sayre. And enjoy my weekly rant buddy!
