NFL Mocks Staff Predictions: NFL Week 3

I love this match up so much. There is so much potential for story lines. It is Le’Veon Bell’s first game back off suspension. The opposing defenses will have to start playing honest now. Antonio Brown on the outside and Bell on the inside. Not to mention the re-emergence of fan favorite Heath Miller. While the defense looks like it has trouble stopping a fruit fly, the offense is potent enough to take down anyone.

Now the Rams. This team baffles me. I have them picked to win their division. Hold on, let me rephrase that. I HAVE THE RAMS PICKED TO WIN THE NFC WEST IN 2015. Much better. But how are they going to do that if they can’t make it past the Redskins?!

That is an easy one to answer. They will be saved by first round pick Todd Gurley, who should FINALLY see his first action of the season this week. It may not be a full work load, but defenses will have to respect him and give the offense a good look. Now Nick Foles can do his thing.

That makes it 7-2 in favor of the Steelers. Either way, we all know we want to see a matchup between Bell and Gurley. It’s too good to imagine!
