The Ndamukong Suh effect
To win the AFC East division is to go through Tom Brady and the Patriots. Everybody knows this, which is why the Miami Dolphins geared their offseason specifically to equip their roster for a showdown with the defending champs. Topping the list of course is Pro Bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh.
His ability to apply pressure from the interior is a rare commodity and the single biggest way teams can beat Brady. By attacking him up the middle. That was why Suh was brought in. Sure it’s also to just make the defense better but week 1 should provide a nice preview for what the Dolphins really have.
