Chicago Bears Stock Report: Preseason Week 2

Terrance Mitchell
Langford may have been the player of the game, but the play of the game undoubtedly belonged to second-year cornerback Terrance Mitchell. Late in the 2nd quarter, Indianapolis was driving to retake the lead. They decided to take a shot downfield to receiver Donte Moncrief, who is 6’2′” and played well as a rookie last year.
Mitchell, 5’11” stayed in his hip pocket all the way and timed his jump perfectly to literally pluck the football out of Moncrief’s hands for an interception. It was a play that puts a stamp on what has been a strong summer for the young DB.
