4. Tony Lippett, CB Why are we excited to see Tony Lippett? Well, the experiment to move the former Michigan State wide receiver to cornerback continues for the Dolphins. With his hands, ability to play special teams, and some recent run with the 1s at Dolphins camp, Lippett is making moves as a 5th round draft pick. He’s got great size and obviously, if the Dolphins want to have the next Richard Sherman on their hands, they’re going to have to be patient. Lippett is a great football player first and foremost, and the transition to corner has gone relatively well according to reports out of Dolphins camp, though not without a hiccup here or there.

For Lippett, the preseason will be huge. He played 39 snaps defensively in the first game, and could see even more action in game two.

Next: Jay Ajayi...?
