The addition of Golden was a wise one for Arizona. The former Missouri standout did some big things in college, and his overall framework fits what the Cardinals like to do very well. From all sounds from training camp, Golden has been one of the nicer surprises of the summer in Arizona. After a productive career at Mizzou — including countless good performances against legitimate SEC teams — Golden is catching the eyes of coaches and making the most of his role early.

As far as continued expectations go, watch for Golden to simply make plays. Arizona hopes he can be a splash play type of presence, something he’s shown he can do on the gridiron.
