4. Chris Conley, WR, Chiefs At the Scouting Combine, there was perhaps no one more exciting or dynamic as Chris Conley. In fact, Conley was so good, he forced everyone to go back and look at the tape to see what kind of player this was. Physically, everything is there for the Chiefs’ third round pick. As a receiver, there is work to be done. That’s what the preseason is for. I’m intrigued by Conley, and I think he can be really good, but why didn’t he play in the preseason opener? It was odd, to be sure, but he should see some playing time against Seattle and hopefully we’ll get an idea of what he’s made of.
