2. Marcus Peters, CB, Chiefs The Chiefs’ first round pick was considered possibly the best cornerback in the draft by some, and certainly a steal after the top 10 picks. Off-field issues pushed Peters down the draft board, and the Chiefs figured he was worth the risk where they were picking. With two big moves this offseason, the Chiefs addressed possibly the two biggest questions on their roster heading into this season outside of QB and offensive line with Jeremy Maclin and Peters. Peters played just 10 snaps in the team’s preseason opener, but should see plenty more reps against the Seahawks. He’s an aggressive corner with unlimited potential, but can he stay out of trouble? For tonight, we’ll get to enjoy watching him play one of the toughest positions to transition to from college to the NFL against one of the league’s best, deepest rosters.
