10. Steven Nelson, CB, Chiefs Nelson played just 26 snaps in the preseason opener for the Chiefs, but he’ll see some more extended action in this game and the former Oregon State Beaver should get a chance to show he proves in the lineup. Coming out in this year’s draft, Nelson has the look of a possible top level nickel cornerback. Extremely competitive and strong, Nelson needs to show better discipline but should have a bright future ahead. We’ll see if he gets any matchups with young Tyler Lockett tonight to see what he’s really got.
