As the first kick-off of the 2015 NFL season grows closer by each waking moment, NFL Training Camps are under way. Every day, we will give you a quick run-down of injuries, plays, or news out of multiple teams training camps. We will bring you the news directly from local and national beat reporters, as well as the team’s official social media accounts.

Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta lost its top two running backs to injury today in camp. Rookie Tevin Coleman and veteran DeVonta Freeman are both dealing with hamstring injuries. The average recovery time for this type of injury is reportedly 2-4 weeks, although that always varies between players.

Buffalo Bills

The quarterback competition is still very much ongoing in Buffalo. Rex Ryan gave a quick update on how Manuel, Cassel, and Taylor have been doing in camp.

Chicago Bears

First round pick Kevin White is still on the PUP list with a shin injury, and he may be staying there. Head Coach John Fox says White may stay on the PUP list once the season starts, which could result in White missing the first six games of his rookie season. White is apparently not happy with this thinking, which may be causing a rift between himself and Fox.

Cleveland Browns

A big blow to the Browns defense, as linebacker Barkevious Mingo tore his meniscus.

Houston Texans

Arian Foster will have surgery on his injured groin muscle in Philadelphia on Monday. The Texans have officially placed the 28-year old running back on short-term IR. We also got to see this…

Jacksonville Jaguars

The injuries continue to pile up for Marquise Lee, who strained his hamstring in practice today.

Philadelphia Eagles

Linebacker Kiko Alonso, who was traded in the LeSean McCoy deal, suffered a concussion during training camp yesterday.

Washington Redskins

The Redskins suffered two blows to their team, one on each side of the ball. First was wide receiver DeSean Jackson, who ran into a blocking sled. The result was a separated shoulder, which will leave Jackson on the bench for the foreseeable future.

Second was cornerback DeAngelo Hall, who suffered a minor groin injury.
