By Joe Wedra
Thursday Night Football is back, which means it’s time to give you some Cowboys vs. Bears predictions to get you ready for a game that could play big in deciding the Dallas Cowboys’ playoff future. Tony Romo and Demarco Murray are due for big nights … Can they cash in?
Without further ado, here are a few projections to prepare you for tonight’s showdown.

Tony Romo has a quiet game on the stat sheet, but still leads Dallas to a big win.
I like the Cowboys in this game for one simple reason: they’re a whole lot better than the Chicago Bears. I can’t see the Cowboys rushing attack providing anything less than a huge game, which is why it might be wise to sit Tony Romo in your fantasy football leagues.
It’s hard to trust the Bears when they’ve looked like an un-inspired group all season.
Jay Cutler comes out firing, tosses three TD passes in an offensive battle.
This one is going to be high-scoring. Chicago is just clawing for any reason to be considered for a playoff spot, so they’ll have to throw the kitchen sink at the Cowboys defense, who has the real potential to be shaky for what it’s worth.
I’ll take a 24/37/293/3/1 line for Cutler tonight.
Demarco Murray steals the show yet again, goes for two touchdowns and a 150+ yard night.
Chicago is much improved when it comes to their rush defense, let’s at-least give them that. Last year they couldn’t tackle anyone – and that’s being generous.
The matchup of Murray and the Bears front however seems too good to pass on if you’re starting Murray in any fantasy football league tonight. He’s having an MVP-caliber season, and there’s no reason to believe that’s going to stop in this one.
FINAL SCORE: 35-28 Cowboys win in typical Thursday Night Football fashion.
