Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills
Ryan Tannehill and the defense are playing great football and have the Miami Dolphins in perfect position for a playoff push. However, they can’t afford to overlook an underrated Buffalo Bills team at home.
Result: MIA 23, BUF 17
New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers
Having been on the exposed once again on the road, the New Orleans Saints must travel to face the Carolina Panthers. Confidence probably isn’t very high, nor should it be.
Result: NO 23, CAR 26
Minnesota Vikings at Cincinnati Bengals
The Cincinnati Bengals return home knowing full well their hold on the AFC North is slipping. They have to beat the Minnesota Vikings.
Result: MIN 21, CIN 35
Denver Broncos at Houston Texans
Peyton Manning still has a few things to play for, especially home field advantage for the Denver Broncos. Don’t expect the Houston Texans to put up a big fight.
Result: DEN 37, HOU 20
Tennessee Titans at Jacksonville Jaguars
The disappointment is hard to mask for the Tennessee Titans, who felt they let the NFL playoffs slip away last week. Can they summon the will to take on a scrappy Jacksonville Jaguars team?
Result: TEN 24, JAX 17
Indianapolis Colts at Kansas City Chiefs
Jamaal Charles is on fire and with him go the Kansas City Chiefs. He should get a much stiffer test from the Indianapolis Colts though, and the KC defense may have trouble handling Andrew Luck.
Result: IND 31, KC 21
Cleveland Browns at New York Jets
Both teams looked good for stretches in 2013 but just couldn’t maintain any consistency at quarterback. Geno Smith needs to play well to keep his job, but the Browns defense may have other ideas.
Result: CLE 21, NYJ 18
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at St. Louis Rams
Their playoff hopes may be dashed but the St. Louis Rams are easily one of the more talented teams in the league. Greg Schiano better have his Tampa Bay Buccaneers ready.
Result: TB 14, STL 28
Dallas Cowboys at Washington Redskins
How sweet would it be for the down and out Washington Redskins to further the pains of their longtime rival Dallas Cowboys by beating them with a backup QB in Kirk Cousins?
Result: DAL 26, WAS 33
New York Giants at Detroit Lions
Eli Manning is a mess this season and so are the New York Giants. It’s really hard to imagine they can summon the ability top a desperate Detroit Lions team at Ford Field.
Result: NYG 20, DET 27
Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks
Bad memories remain for the Arizona Cardinals from their last visit to the Seattle Seahawks home turf. It won’t be as ugly this time, but the result should remain the same.
Result: ARI 16, SEA 30
New England Patriots at Baltimore Ravens
The last thing needed for the New England Patriots was losing before their visit to the Baltimore Ravens, who are red hot and have long since lost their fear of the Patriot mystique.
Result: NE 24, BAL 34
Pittsburgh Steelers at Green Bay Packers
This game is very hard to gauge. Aaron Rodgers remains unclear for the Green Bay Packers while the Pittsburgh Steelers are playing better at this point of the season but remain inconsistent.
Result: PIT 31, GB 30
Oakland Raiders at San Diego Chargers
Once again the Oakland Raiders are in a tailspin. The San Diego Chargers are still alive for an NFL playoff spot and have revenge on the mind after their humiliating loss to the Silver and Black earlier in the year.
Result: OAK 21, SD 34
Chicago Bears at Philadelphia Eagles
Two of the best offenses in football lock horns in this matchup. The Chicago Bears are undefeated in primetime this year but have the worst run defense in the league. The Philadelphia Eagles have a losing home record but LeSean McCoy at running back.
Result: CHI 35, PHI 38
Atlanta Falcons at San Francisco 49ers
This game has beat down written all over it. The San Francisco 49ers are hot and playing some of the best defense in the league. The Atlanta Falcons are doing anything well.
Result: ATL 10, SF 28
