1. Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons are the NFL’s lone unbeaten team, but they have to get back to playing the way they were early in the season.
2. Houston Texans
Houston had a terrible showing against the Packers. They have a chance to bounce back against the Ravens this week.
3. New York Giants
The Giants are 4-2 and finally looking like a Super Bowl caliber team early on in the season.
4. Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens have lost the heart (Lardarius Webb) and soul (Ray Lewis) of their defense. Haloti Ngata is going to try to play injured, as is Terrell Suggs. This is a bad situation for the Ravens right now.
5. Chicago Bears
The Bears have a big Monday night game at home against the Lions to prove they are for real.
6. New England Patriots
The Patriots suffered a road loss to the Seattle Seahawks, but the cream always rises to the top.
7. Green Bay Packers
There’s the Packers we’ve been waiting for. This team should be 4-2.
8. San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco just got blown out by the Giants, and I really don’t know what to think. You just don’t lose like that on your home field.
9. Denver Broncos
Denver looked fantastic in the second half against San Diego. The question is whether or not they can sustain it for a full game.
10. Seattle Seahawks
What a great win for this team against the Patriots at home. That was a gutsy performance by the defense.
11. Minnesota Vikings
Minnesota suffered a setback against the Redskins, but they have a lot of fight in them.
12. Washington Redskins
RG3 for Heisman last year, how about RG3 for MVP this year? That kid is for real.
13. Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals lost a close one at home to the Bills. THeir defense is great, but their offense is a major concern.
14. Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles just fired defensive coordinator Juan Castillo, and need to win this weekend to get team morale out of the cellar.
15. Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers lost a close one to the Titans on Thursday night. Just not the same team that we’ve seen in recent years.
16. Dallas Cowboys
Dallas needed to at least tie that game against the Ravens. How many opportunities will this team squander?
17. San Diego Chargers
Just an epic collapse by the Chargers on Monday night football. What happens next for this team?
18. Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins are shockingly 3-3 right now. Can they keep it up?
19. Detroit Lions
Detroit got a huge road win against an Eagles team that doesn’t lose a lot of home games. Are they back for good?
20. St. Louis Rams
The Rams are 3-3 and should have at least gotten close enough to tie the Dolphins at the end of regulation. They are going to be a tough out for anyone they play this season.
21. Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals provided the Browns with their first victory of the season. Andy Dalton needs to be more consistent for them.
22. New Orleans Saints
The Saints are off the schnide with a win against the Chargers and coming out of the Bye, we’ll see what they can pull off.
23. New York Jets
The Jets are probably the most unimpressive 3-3 team in the NFL right now. Not sure what I need to see from them in order to believe.
24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Bucs got a much needed win against a bad team this past weekend, and they had a little coming out party.
25. Buffalo Bills
Buffalo is 3-3 and tied for first/last place in the AFC East. They have as good a chance as anybody to take the division but they need to play more consistently on defense.
26. Indianapolis Colts
Indy has shown flashes this season, but that’s what you should expect from a team with a rookie QB.
27. Tennessee Titans
Big win for the Titans last Thursday night against the Steelers in comeback fashion. Can they keep that momentum going?
28. Carolina Panthers
The Panthers are one of the biggest disappointments in the NFL this season.
29. Oakland Raiders
The Raiders needed to find a way to win that game against the Falcons on Sunday.
30. Cleveland Browns
Cleveland made some big plays in their victory over the Bengals this past weekend.
31. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars are one of the worst teams in the league this season.
32. Kansas City Chiefs
Where is the team that some were saying could be AFC West champs this season?
