14 Arkansas Razorbacks vs. 3 Alabama Crimson Tide

I love the Arkansas receiver corps in this game, featuring Cobi Hamilton, Greg Childs, Jarius Wright, and Joe Adams. This is a unit with a ton of speed and a ton of playmaking ability, and they have a tall task going up against one of the toughest defenses college football has probably ever seen.

The Alabama defense features a plethora of future NFL players, including a stellar secondary led by cornerback Dre’ Kirkpatrick. This will be a great test for Kirkpatrick and the Crimson Tide going up against one of the better offensive attacks in the SEC, and the nation overall.

STAR WATCH: Ronnie Wingo Jr., RB, Arkansas

Wingo Jr. had 129 total yards last week against Troy and three touchdowns, and I think he is poised to really break out. It’s certainly going to be tough to do against Nick Saban’s defense, but keep an eye on this kid, the 6’3″ 231 pound junior out of St. Louis.

7 Oklahoma State Cowboys vs. 8 Texas A&M Aggies

This is a game chock full of NFL caliber prospects, especially on the offensive side of the ball. Ryan Tannehill is one of my favorite players in the country, and I really like  Texas A&M running back Cyrus Gray. Oklahoma State features one of the best wide receiver prospects in the nation in Justin Blackmon, and Brandon Weeden was leading the country in passing yardage after three weeks.

STAR WATCH: Jeff Fuller, WR, Texas A&M

We’ve been waiting for Fuller to have a coming out party in 2011, and now is as good a time as any. This is a must-win home game for the Aggies and they are going to be in a shootout with the Cowboys on their home field. I think Fuller has a huge game for A&M and I like the Aggies to get it done tonight.

11 Florida State Seminoles vs. 21 Clemson Tigers

Florida State faces a tough road test after they lose at home to top ranked Oklahoma last week. Florida State has a lot of NFL talent on both sides of the ball, but Clemson certainly can hold their own. They handed Auburn their first loss since before Cam Newton was the starting quarterback, and they have a serious sleeper Heisman candidate at the quarterback position who has been extremely tough for opposing teams to handle.

STAR WATCH: Tahj Boyd, QB, Clemson

Boyd is one of the hottest quarterbacks in the country, passing for 911

yards and 10 touchdowns. He’s also been one of the most efficient quarterbacks in the entire country, and I think he could be the key to this game for Clemson. You have to like the Tigers’ chances of getting an upset at home with Boyd under center.

2 LSU Tigers vs. 16 West Virginia Mountaineers

This is just going to be a fantastic game overall. LSU and West Virginia both play with a lot of speed, and there are excellent matchups on both sides of the ball. Can LSU stop red hot Geno Smith, West Virginia’s Heisman candidate? They certainly have the speed defensively to do so, but this is a home game for WVU and it’s going to be a tough road opportunity for the Tigers.

STAR WATCH: Geno Smith, QB, WVU

This is a no brainer for me. Geno Smith is one of the best quarterbacks in the country and if he wants to be considered one of the best NFL prospects at his position, he has to have a big game against teams like this. I think Smith can come through, but he will likely struggle early on. He needs to settle into a comfort zone and make plays to give WVU a chance at the upset.
