Coming off another playoff disappointment, the Baltimore Ravens will enter the 2025 offseason with needs in two key areas: offensive tackle and an edge rusher.
With free agency and the 2025 NFL Draft right around the corner, the Super Bowl hungry Ravens will have opportunities to improve in those two areas. Tackle could be tough if Ronnie Stanley departs in free agency, but with the draft is deep at tackle, there should be a top prospect for the taking when the Ravens select at No. 27 or even on Day 2 of the draft.
Elsewhere, the Ravens will still be one of the top teams in the AFC with Lamar Jackson is under center. Offensively, they could use another receiver to go along with replacing Stanley at tackle. Defensively, finding an edge defender will be one of the top priorities in free agency and in the draft.

2025 NFL Draft outlook
The Ravens were first in the NFL in offensive yards per game. That was mostly due to the dual threat ability of Jackson and the re-emergence of running back Derrick Henry. Both were able to wreak havoc behind a strong offensive line anchored by Stanley. With his likely departure, the Ravens will due their due diligence to find a player who could fill his shoes.
Likely out of range for top talent like LSU’s Will Campbell, Ohio State’s Josh Simmons or Texas’ Kelvin Banks Jr., the Ravens should have their eyes on players like Missouri’s Armand Membou, North Dakota State’s Grey Zabel and Oregon’s Josh Conerly Jr. Day 2 options includes Minneosta’s Aireontae Ersery and Ohio State’s Donovan Jackson.
Other areas of need could include EDGE and wide receiver. The Ravens could use their first round pick on either of those positions if the right fit is available. Here is a look at what Ravens General Manager Eric DeCosta and the Ravens will do in this three-round NFL Mock Draft.
2025 NFL Mock Draft (Three-round)
The Ravens got to the quarterback in 2024 racking up a total of 54 sacks, which was second most in the NFL. With outside linebackers Kyle Van Noy and Odafe Oweh returning next season, the Ravens should be set. However, Baltimore won’t hesitate to select a young pass rusher like Nic Scourton with the No. 27 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. This is another one of those value picks for the Ravens.
With a combination of size and speed, Scourton has Ravens written all over him as his elite pass rush skills along with his high motor will make him an instant fit wearing the black and purple.
Whoever the Ravens bring in to replace Ronnie Stanley will have some huge shoes to fill. Minnesota’s Aireontae Ersery has the size to fit those shoes. Standing at 6-foot-6, 330 pounds, Ersery will be the No. 59 overall pick in the draft and a player the Ravens will look at to fill the left side void left by Stanley. With ideal size for a tackle, Ersery has the football IQ and agility to step right in Day 1 and be solid for the Ravens. As a run blocker who holds his own with pass protection, Ersery will show he has a bright future in Baltimore.
With the No. 91 overall pick, the Ravens add another weapon to Lamar Jackson’s arsenal with the selection of Ole Miss star Tre Harris. At 6-foot-3, 210 pounds, Harris has great size for an outside receiver with the physicality to be a red zone nightmare. Adding him to the mix of Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman and Devontez Walker will give the Ravens a formidable wide receiver group, especially with tight ends Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely as reliable pass threats as well.
