Round 6 Pick 186: Payton Wilson, OLB, North Carolina State

The Cardinals add another player who should help improve their run defense. Wilson is a tackling machine who led the ACC in tackles per game this year and in 2020. He is also an impressive athlete who runs a 4.49 40-yard dash and bench presses 390 pounds according to Bruce Feldman. However, his long history of injuries will likely make him a late-round draft pick.

Round 7 Pick 219: Drake Stoops, WR, Oklahoma

Arizona adds yet another wide receiver in the 2024 NFL Draft. Oklahoma’s Drake Stoops is one of the more underrated wide receivers in this year’s class. He displays great hands and does a terrific job of finding the open spots in coverage.

Round 7 Pick 222: Justin Eboigbe, DE, Alabama

The Cardinals address their defensive line for the third time in the 2024 NFL Draft this time adding depth with the selection of Justin Eboigbe. This season has been a breakout year for Eboigbe who posted seven sacks this year after entering the year with only two career sacks.

Round 7 Pick 244: Garret Greenfield, OT, South Dakota State

With their last pick of the 2024 NFL Draft the Arizona Cardinals add even more depth to their offensive line. South Dakota State’s Garret Greenfield is the top small school offensive tackle on my board. He is a strong run blocker who could play right tackle or move inside to offensive guard. A big test for him will be in the Shrine Bowl, and if he performs during this week look for his draft stock to improve significantly.
