The 2024 NFL Draft has several questions that have yet to be answered. This starts with what will the Chicago Bears do with the number one pick, another question is who is the second-best quarterback, and yet another big question revolving around the 2024 NFL Draft is in a very talent-rich wide receiver crop how many go up in the top ten?

In addition to being an extremely talented wide receiver crop that sees seven wide receivers go in the first round the class also has some other very talented groups. One of these is offensive tackles and in this mock draft, we have three going in the top 13 picks. Another position that has plenty of talent is quarterback and for just the second time in 25 years, we see the top three players off the board being quarterback.

In this mock draft, I donโ€™t predict any trades as they are impossible to predict, and if I am off on just one trade it throws the entire draft order off. I also used Tankathon to predict the final two picks of the draft, as those two selections will be determined by who wins the Super Bowl.

2024 NFL Draft Picks 1-4

1. Chicago Bears: Caleb Williams, QB, USC

The Chicago Bears have a big decision to make this offseason, that will impact the franchise for the next decade. That choice is who will be their starting quarterback going forward, and while the team traded out of the first overall pick last year donโ€™t look for them to make the same decision this offseason. Instead, the team will go with USCโ€™s Caleb Williams who has a much higher upside than Justin Fields does.

2. Washington Commanders: Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU

I have had Jayden Daniels as my number-two quarterback, since the middle of the season and it seems like him going to Washington is becoming a more popular choice. Daniels is easily the most dynamic passer in the 2024 NFL Draft, and he keeps improving as a passer. He will be an immediate upgrade over Sam Howell who led the NFL with 21 interceptions last year.

3. New England Patriots: Drake Maye, QB, North Carolina

New England uses the third overall pick on the third quarterback taken in the 2024 NFL Draft. With the selection of Drake Maye, the Patriots get a pocket passer who threw for 63 touchdowns and just 16 interceptions over his career. In addition to hurting teams in the pocket, he is also a surprising athlete and plays a similar style of football as Justin Herbert.

4. Arizona Cardinals: Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Ohio State

The first non-quarterback off the board is Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who might be the best player in the 2024 NFL Draft. He would be able to fill the shoes of Marquise Brown who is a free agent from day one, and gives Arizona its best wide receiver since Larry Fitzgerald Jr.
