No. 5: Jarvis Landry – No. 63 overall (2nd round) 2014 NFL Draft (Miami Dolphins)
Taken in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins, Jarvis Landry entered the league as a wide receiver with great hands, quickness, scheme versatility and physicality. He displayed all of that during his tenure in the NFL.

At LSU, Landry played alongside Odell Beckham Jr. to form a dangerous playmaking duo. While OBJ had all the type and explosiveness, Landry was the physical receiver who was more of a chain mover for LSU. He did explode during his junior year with 77 receptions for 1,193 yards and 10 touchdowns but wasn’t really known as a No. 1 wide receiver type and that was mostly due to his lack of speed.
In the NFL, he did display an ability to make plays. Although never a clear WR1 in any offense, Landy had three 1,000 yard receiving seasons, two with the Dolphins and one with the Cleveland Browns. As a player who was great after the catch, Landy was a consistent receiver throughout his career. As he finally called it quits in 2022 after a season with the Saints, Landry finished his career with 7,870 yards receiving with 38 touchdowns. Through his career, he never really got to play with elite quarterback.
Imagine if he did.
