S Caleb Downs, Ohio State

- New York Giants
This is a rare case of a player potentially landing with a team at two different selections. If the Giants like Downs enough, they could guarantee his spot on the roster at No. 5, or wait and take him at No.10 if he remains available. He would be an instant captain of the New York defense and has been mocked there at an incredible rate since the Lawrence deal.
- Miami Dolphins
Trading Minkah Fitzpatrick leaves Miami with a lack of talent and experience on the back end of their defense. Downs would give them both from Day 1 and be an all-around defensive playmaker in their secondary. He's got a ton of upside and favorable long-term projections, giving them a player to build around on defense.
- New York Saints
Safety might not be the biggest need for New Orleans in the 1st round, but Downs is much more than just an average safety. He can impact the game in ways few prospects in this year's class can, which, if he lives up to the hype, would allow the Saints to improve their defense; something that they unarguably need to do.
