The Buffalo Bills are entering another week of training camp, but scouts should already have their eyes on next year’s talent to prepare for the 2026 NFL Draft.  While the 2025 NFL Draft class can step up and take care of some of the team’s needs entering the offseason, more holes may open as the 2025 NFL season moves forward.

In considering some of the areas where the team is either weaker or could become an issue due to current and future contract concerns, these five prospects are talent worth tracking throughout the upcoming college football season for the front office and Bills’ Mafia.

5 potential Buffalo Bills 2026 NFL Draft fits:

Kevin “KC” Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M:  This will be a big season for second-year receiver Keon Coleman to shift into that WR1 role.  Even if he does, the Bills will could still be on the market for another weapon for Josh Allen.  Given where the team is expected to select in the 2026 NFL Draft, a potential target could be Texas A&M’s Kevin Concepcion who enters the 2025 college football season as the No. 4 ranked receiver on the Pro Football Focus big board.

At 5-foot-11, 190 pounds, the Texas A&M transfer is coming off a season at NC State in which he totaled 460 receiving yards and six touchdowns.  After already impressing this spring, Concepcion is expected to flourish in the Aggies offense as a primary target.  If he does, his combination of speed and elusiveness should be appealing to many NFL teams, including the Bills who may be looking to add another explosive receiver to the offense.

Nicholas Singleton, RB, Penn State: If James Cook doesn’t get what he wants as far as a new contract, the Bills may be in the market for a new started running back once the 2025 NFL season comes to an end.  Even if Cook does get a deal, the Bills may be smart to add another workhorse back to the mix.  That’s where Penn State’s Nicholas Singleton could be a good fit as a potential late first round, Day 2 fit.

As a junior, Singleton rushed for 1,099 yards on 172 carries with Penn State. This was highlighted by a 58-yard touchdown run to seal a Fiesta Bowl victory for the Nittany Lions.  At 6-foot-0, 224 pounds, Singleton displays great burst and outstanding speed.  His ability to make sudden cuts while accelerating makes him a big play waiting to happen whenever he touches the ball.  As either a replacement for Cook or a running back brought in to form a two-headed monster in the Bills backfield behind Allen, Singleton is a prospect worth watching for the Bills.

Ar’maj Reed-Adams, OL, Texas A&M: The Bills offensive line was solid in 2024.  In allowing the fewest sacks in the league, the unit played a big part in the team’s offensive production. That same unit will return in 2025, but beyond that the Bills could look for another interior offensive lineman as a starter at either of the guard positions or for depth.  Texas A&M’s Ar’maj Reed-Adams ranks as one of the top guards in college football.

At 6-foot-5, 330 pounds, the Texas native is a versatile offensive lineman who moves well for his size.  His ability to play at both guard positions and right tackle will make him appealing to many teams, but the selling point for the Bills will be his toughness as a pass protector and his run blocking.  Depending on how the season plays out for the Bills offensive line, they could make O-line a priority.  If they do, Reed-Adams will be a name to watch late in the first round.

Buffalo Bills could upgrade defense with these two exciting prospects

Anthony Hill Jr., LB, Texas: The Bills might just be on the watch for linebacker help following the 2025 NFL season.  They have All-Pro linebacker Matt Milano leading the group, but his injury history and the fact his 30 could make a top-level linebacker a priority.  If that is the case, Texas linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. is a player to watch for the Bills.

An outstanding talent, the 20-year-old linebacker can fill a stat sheet.  In 2024, he racked up 113 total tackles and 8 sacks showing off his range and versatility as a disruptive defender who can be a valuable aspect in shutting down the run and getting to the passer much like Milano.  Even if Milano bounces back with a full healthy season, teaming up the two could offer intrigue to the Bills defense.

Keldric Faulk, DE, Auburn:  Defensive end is another area the Bills could look for an upgrade beyond 2025.  They have a temporary fit with Joey Bosa, but beyond next season, the team will be depending on 2025 NFL Draft third-round pick Landon Jackson to contribute behind Greg Rousseau.  A name to watch ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft is Auburn’s Keldric Faulk.

More 2026 NFL Draft:

At 6-foot-6, 288 pounds, Faulk has the physical skills and athleticism to be a big-time playmaker off the edge.  His discipline and ability to defend the run makes him a three-down defender who can get to the quarterback on any down.  His 7 sacks in 2024 proved his ability to make an impact off the edge.  A mid-to-late round pick on Day 1, Faulk is a name the Bills should be monitoring.
