Vikings deliver a final quarterback surprise
No. 25 Jacksonville Jaguars (3-1): Jadan Baugh, RB, Florida
The Jaguars continue to show they are a team to watch in the AFC in 2026.
They are doing it with solid quarterback play and great defense.
One area of need that can make them even more dangerous is an elite running back.
Florida's Jadan Baugh is the answer, as he is a home-run hitter from anywhere on the field.
His presence in the offense makes Trevor Lawrence even more effective in play-action.
No. 26 New York Giants (3-1): A'Mauri Washington, DL, Oregon
The Giants are getting outstanding play from their two young outside linebackers, Abdul Carter and Arvell Reese.
Plug an interior force like A'Mauri Washington in the middle, and the Giants have a young defensive core that could dominate opposing offensive lines for years to come.
No. 27 Buffalo Bills (3-1): Chris Cole, LB, Georgia
After suffering their first loss of the season to the Patriots, the Bills look to have multiple needs defensively.
Finding an explosive linebacker should be one of those needs explored.
Georgia's Chris Cole gives them that linebacker, as he excels with the sideline-to-sideline range the team likes defensively.
He also brings that Matt Milano-style impact the Bills are obviously missing.
No. 28 Chicago Bears (3-1): Kenyatta Jackson, EDGE, Ohio State
The Bears can go either defensive line or edge here.
Given how the board is playing out, they go edge with the selection of Ohio State's Kenyatta Jackson.
With prototypical size, the 6-foot-6, 265-pound Jackson is stout against the run and relentless off the edge.
He gives the Bears a player who provides physicality and energy on the defensive line.
No. 29 Baltimore Ravens (3-1): Kade Pieper, IOL, Iowa
Despite the Cam Jurgens trade, the Ravens still address the interior of the offensive line with the selection of Kade Pieper as a long-term option.
At 6-foot-3, 290 pounds, Pieper's athleticism at the position, as well as his versatility, makes him the type of plug-and-play interior lineman the Ravens could use at multiple positions.
No. 30 San Francisco 49ers (4-0): Trevor Lauck, OT, Iowa
Trevor Lauck remains the favorite pick for the 49ers here at NFL Mocks.
With the team somehow remaining undefeated despite the injuries, getting a left tackle of the future this late in the draft is nothing but a win-win for the franchise going forward.
No. 31 Kansas City Chiefs (4-0): Ryan Coleman-Williams, WR, Alabama
Even before Tyquan Thornton went down with a gruesome injury, the wide receiver position was a need for the Chiefs.
The short-term solution could be a reunion with Tyreek Hill.
The long-term solution is Ryan Coleman-Williams, who is morphing back into the playmaker he was during his freshman year at Alabama.
It almost seems unfair that Patrick Mahomes could get a deep-threat weapon like Coleman-Williams at the end of the first round.
No. 32 Minnesota Vikings (4-0): Drew Mestemaker, QB, Oklahoma State
The Vikings will have their choice of a few first-round quarterback projections with the final pick of the first round.
They go with Drew Mestemaker at No. 32 over Julian Sayin and Jayden Maiava due to Mestemaker's explosive arm and dual-threat ability.

He is also raw enough to sit behind a veteran quarterback for a year.
That means the Vikings could decide to hold on to Kyler Murray and allow Mestemaker to learn and grow behind him.
I mean, that was the plan with J.J. McCarthy.
