Dolphins and Steelers have bigger quarterback questions
- Miami Dolphins
- Pittsburgh Steelers
The Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers both hope they have their franchise quarterback currently on the roster.
Miami signed Malik Willis to a three-year contract this offseason with the hope that he can lead this new regime, at least for a few years. A spoiler for the end: I have them taking a different position in my mock.

Meanwhile, Pittsburgh drafted Drew Allar in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft, and also has second-year quarterback Will Howard on the roster. So they hope that one of those two will emerge as their future starter after one more year of Aaron Rodgers.
Those plans are less foolproof than the tier above, obviously, so these two teams have slightly stronger odds to take a quarterback. This group might be more compelled by the quarterbacks available at their draft slot, whereas the last group is more likely to make their decision based on the 2026 season.
