No. 21: Pittsburgh Steelers – Kadyn Proctor, T, Alabama

New Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy will obviously need to address the quarterback position, but with a drop off in talent in this year’s draft, the McCarthy and the Steelers take a shot at a QB in Day 1. With the No. 21 overall pick, the Steelers look to build a championship caliber offensive line with the selection of Alabama’s Kadyn Proctor who will be a huge addition given his size at 6-foot-7, 366 pounds and physicality as a tackle who will also help the Steelers solidify their ground attack.
- Second round pick (No. 53): Garrett Nussmeier, QB, LSU
No. 22: Los Angeles Chargers – Olaivavega Ioane, G, Penn State

The Chargers have the key pieces to make a Super Bowl run in 2026 if they get healthy along the offensive line. They will get two of their top linemen back but will still need to address the interior of the O-line. The selection of Olaivaega Ioane out of Penn State will help them fortify the trenches and add some physicality and size. Ioane, who stands at 6-foot-4, 330 pounds, is labeled as a pro-ready guard set to dominate in the NFL Day 1.
- Second round pick (No. 55): Dontay Corleone, DL, Cincinnati
No. 23: Philadelphia Eagles – Denzel Boston, WR, Washington

If the relationship between the Eagles and A.J. Brown is somehow repaired, the team will still be looking for another receiver to add to the mix. If the team moves on from Brown, it is even more important to select a receiver like Denzel Boston. In emerging as one of the top receiving prospects in the 2026 NFL Draft, Boston brings physicality to the Eagles offense and most importantly is a big target who will go up and win battles against defenders. Adding him to the mix will help the Eagles re-emerge as an NFC top contender if he doesn’t have the pressure placed on him to replace Brown.
- Second round pick (No. 54): Zion Young, ED, Missouri
No. 24: Cleveland Browns via Jacksonville – Caleb Lomu, T, Utah

The Browns won’t be in any conversation to even make the playoffs until they take care of the quarterback position. As proven by many teams, the QB doesn’t need to be a top 10 signal caller to make a playoff run if the team has a top-level defense and a solid offensive line. The Browns have the defense and will begin to reshape their offensive line with the selection of Utah tackle Caleb Lomu who allowed zero sacks and only eight pressures in 2025 as a tackle.
- Second round pick (No. 39): Emmanuel Pregnon, G, Oregon
No. 25: Chicago Bears – Caleb Banks, DL, Florida

One of the areas of need for the Chicago Bears in the offseason is building a championship level defense. They start up front with the selection of Florida’s Caleb Banks to anchor the middle of the line. Banks, who suffered a foot injury in 2025, could be a steal here for the Bears as he is an elite run-stopper who can disrupt the interior of the line with this size, athleticism and power.
- Second round pick (No. 57): Deontae Lawson, LB, Alabama
