2026 NFL Mock Draft 11-15: Chiefs jumpstart roster reset with dynamic playmaker

No. 11: Minnesota Vikings – Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee
The Vikings go defense with the No. 11 overall pick in the draft. This will be a controversial pick with Jeremiyah Love still on the board, but the Vikings aim to sure up their defensive secondary with the best corner in the draft as far as overall talent. In Jermod McCoy, they get a No. 1 corner type player when healthy who can stabilize their secondary.
No. 12: Miami Dolphins – Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU
The Miami Dolphins will also be tempted to go offense but make LSU’s Mansoor Delane the second corner off the board. As a physical, competitive cornerback with great technique and versatility, Delane gives the Dolphins secondary a bit of what they lost when they traded Jalen Ramsey prior to the 2025 NFL season.
No. 13: Baltimore Ravens– Casius Howell, ED, Texas A&M
It’s appearing likely the Ravens won’t make the postseason in 2025. One thing they need to improve in the offseason and in the draft is their defense. It’s hard to believe we are saying that about a Ravens team, but they need to add some enforcers defensively. They start off the edge with the No. 13 pick with the selection of Casius Howell who is rising as a top edge rush prospect in this draft. Kyle Van Noy and David Ojabo are pending free agents and Howell gives them a chance to get young and faster off the edge.
No. 14: Kansas City Chiefs– Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame
Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love headlines a roster reset in Kansas City. The Chiefs have a few needs in the 2026 NFL Draft, but they can’t pass up an opportunity to land one of the top offensive playmakers in the nation in 2026. Love will not only give the Chiefs that lead running back they have been in search of, he takes some of the pressure off Patrick Mahomes as both a player who can get the ground attack going and as dump down target who can turn a short play into homerun play from anywhere on the field.
No. 15: Dallas Cowboys– Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State
With the first of their first-round picks, the Cowboys take care of their needs at linebacker with the selection of Ohio State’s Sonny Styles. While (Arvell) Reese has been getting most of the praise, Styles has been impactful for the Buckeyes defense as well. With his elite athleticism and versatility, he’ll be an instant update for the Cowboys second-level defense.
