No. 21: Pittsburgh Steelers – KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M

Concepcion would provide a great complement to DK Metcalf and Michael Pittman Jr. in the Pittsburgh WR corps as someone who can work the quick game and make his money after the catch. With no flexible tackles available, they stray away from their tendency to attack the trenches and make an exciting pick with the Aggie wideout, who could give them some serious juice on offense.
No. 22: Los Angeles Chargers – TJ Parker, EDGE, Clemson
The Chargers love the exact archetype of edge rusher that Parker is, and he has the foundational skills to line up across from Khalil Mack and make QBs' lives hard from the moment he steps on the field. He's also been at the forefront of their reported list of EDGE prospects they are interested in, making him the expected choice if they lean defense in Round 1.
No. 23: Philadelphia Eagles – Max Iheanachor, OT, Arizona State
Making sure that there's little to no gap between Lane Johnson's impending retirement and the next star tackle to take his place is exactly the type of thinking we've come to expect from Howie Roseman. Iheanachor, who took an ever-important Top 30 visit to Philadelphia, makes for the perfect succession plan after getting mentored for a year or two.
No. 24: Cleveland Browns (via JAX) – Dillon Thieneman, S, Oregon
Cleveland has too many needs to pass up the best player available at 24, especially if it's Thieneman. The athletic backend defender would make their secondary a solid unit and hopefully give them a high-impact safety who can do it all.
No. 25: Houston Texans via Chicago Bears – Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana
Nico Collins and Tank Dell routinely miss time with injuries, so I have Houston going out and drafting Cooper Jr., an absolute model of consistency. Adding that safety valve to CJ Stroud's arsenal could help bring him back to rookie year form and work to even out their offensive and defensive production levels.
