No. 21: Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Jacob Rodriguez, LB, Texas Tech

In trading back, the Buccaneers missed out on CJ Allen at the linebacker position, but at No. 21 select another fast-rising prospect in Jacob Rodriguez. The retirement of Lavonte David makes this a top need and the combination of Alex Anzalone, who was signed in free agency, and Rodriguez should help fill the void.
No. 22: Los Angeles Chargers –Olaivavega Ioane , G, Penn State

The Chargers will get their starting tackle tandem back in 2026. To solidify the interior of the line, the Chargers select Olaivavega Ioane with the No. 22 overall pick. There will be phone calls for the Chargers to move back in this draft, but the opportunity to take Ioane will win out.
No. 23: Philadelphia Eagles – Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana

This selection will open more trade rumors when it comes to A.J. Brown. With the selection of Omar Cooper Jr. with the No. 23 overall pick, the Eagles add a receiver to the mix who could be impactful as a slot receiver and has the versatility and physicality as a receiver to make plays as an outside threat.
No. 24: Cleveland Browns via Jacksonville – Denzel Boston, WR, Washington

The Browns use their second first round pick on a big, receiver target in Denzel Boston who gives them that X receiver they are seeking. As a red zone threat due to his size, Boston will look to be the next Huskies wide receiver to have an impact in the NFL after the second-year success of Rome Odunze and the first-year success of Jalen McMillan who spent most of his second season on IR.
No. 25: Chicago Bears – Kayden McDonald, DL, Ohio State

The Bears get their defensive run stopper by selecting Kayden McDonald with the No. 25 overall pick. With his physical dominance, the former Ohio State defensive lineman brings attitude, power and that force in the middle of the Bears’ defensive line that could help transcend the defense.
