No. 11: Miami Dolphins – Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU

With the way this board has flipped due to the trades in the top 10, the Dolphins fulfill one of their top needs with the selection of former LSU star Mansoor Delane. Miami is in a state of transition as far as roster building goes and Delane is a big piece to establishing a new identity on the defensive side of the ball.
No. 12: Dallas Cowboys – Dillon Thieneman, S, Oregon

The Cowboys have a few needs and take care of their need at safety with the selection of Oregon’s Dillon Thieneman. The draft board riser has emerged as the second-best safety behind Caleb Downs. Along with the versatility he brings to the table, he also inspires leadership with his work ethic and his willingness to do whatever the team needs him to do.
No. 13: Los Angeles Rams, via Atlanta– Spencer Fano, T, Utah

Selecting a wide receiver will be tempting for the Rams at No. 13, but instead they choose between Spencer Fano and Monroe Freeling at this spot. Fano is the more enticing choice due to his elite run blocking and pass protection awareness.
No. 14: Baltimore Ravens – Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

What better way to replace Isaiah Likely than selecting Kenyon Sadiq with the No. 14 overall pick in the draft. This board has already seen Mahomes get a big time weapon, now Lamar Jackson gets an athletic tight end who maneuvers as a big wide receiver with a greater upside than likely.
No. 15: Pittsburgh Steelers – Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama

The Steelers make a major move here to land the second-best quarterback in the draft. In trading up and leapfrogging the New York Jets, the Steelers make sure they get Ty Simpson as the quarterback of the future. With Mike McCarthy as head coach, this could be the ideal landing spot for Simpson who is entering the NFL with not much experience as a starter, but has shown the talent to be a top-level signal caller.
