Jeremiyah Love is the top dog, but other Notre Dame prospects could go high in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Aamil Wagner, OT, Notre Dame

  • Height: 6’6” | Weight: 306 lbs | Age: 22
  • NFL Draft projection: No. 198 overall to the New England Patriots

A potential swing tackle in the NFL, this Notre Dame product is a offensive lineman with great length, size, athleticism and the on-the-field awareness to be a rotational depth piece at the tackle position.  A team that loves to use the swing tackle, the Patriots are a team that could use one of their sixth-round picks on Wagner, who does need to work on his footwork and add more strength.

Given Wagner’s size and that prototypical length for a tackle, if he works on those skill deficiencies he had the potential as a spot starter in the NFL.  At the very least a depth piece on a good NFL roster.  Perhaps learning behind a veteran like Morgan Moses in New England could accelerate his development at the position.

  • Other teams with eyes on Wagner: Houston Texans, Detroit Lions
