2024 NFL Draft top wide receiver prospects: Malik Nabers – LSU

Racing to the third spot is Malik Nabers from LSU. Known for his supreme agility and incredible catch radius, Nabers has been a dominant force in the college football scene. His after-the-catch prowess is noteworthy, with 21 forced missed tackles on receptions in 2023, the fifth-most among Power Five receivers. He is a consensus first- rounder in the 2024 NFL draft.

In the 2023 season, Nabers recorded 32 receptions for 523 receiving yards and five total touchdowns. His ability to create plays and make defenders miss is a testament to his elusiveness and agility. His ability to dominate in contested catch situations due to his strong hands and excellent body control makes him a threat to any secondary.

Despite Nabers going off last week against Arkansas, putting up eight catches for 130 yards and two TDS, he will face a stiffer defense this Saturday. 20th-ranked Ole Miss is only allowing an average of 18.5 pts a game. Look for Nabers on third down, and he excels at moving the chains on the crucial down. He is the biggest reason LSU is 7th in the nation on third down conversion rate at 58 percent.
