Today we kick off the fifth week of college football, and entering the month of October we see several NFL Draft prospects rising up the NFL Draft Board. This includes South Carolina quarterback Spencer Rattler, who completed 90 percent of his passes last week against Mississippi State. Another prospect who has risen is Florida State wide receiver Keon Coleman, who was rated as a fourth-round prospect last month, but is now in my top ten.
