Denver Broncos

When it comes to dominant running backs, the Denver Broncos seem to always be a possible destination.

With Sean Payton looking to get the Broncos back in the mix in the AFC West, what better weapon to add to the offense than Dalvin Cook, who could make life much easier for Russell Wilson.  He would also give Denver a terrific 1-2 punch at the running back position along with Javonte Williams who is coming off a multi-ligament knee injury.

In that respect, Cook would fill the void as a No. 1 back or at least another reliable option until Williams is back at full strength.

With his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield, Cook could serve as a top receiving threat for Wilson who has had success with dual threat running backs, which one Marshawn Lynch comes to mind.

The question when it comes to the Broncos is if they want to invest at the position when there are other areas on the team that needs an upgrade.  While speculation has been hot and cold when it comes to the Broncos and Dalvin Cook, he is the type of player who could bring some explosiveness to Mile High at a new altitude.
