No. 4: Pete Carroll Knows What It Takes

Another section that speaks for itself but bares mentioning: Pete Carroll knows how to win football games. Dating all the way back to his days with the USC Trojans, Carroll has regularly won double-digit games since the early 2000s. He will do so again in 2023 with a group that is merely scratching the surface of what it could be.

If there is anyone suited to lead the Seahawks into the next era of Super Bowl contention, it is the grizzled vet himself. Carroll shows no signs of stopping anytime soon, either. He is coaching a group full of ascending talent; all they need is a steady hand guiding the ship. Lucky for them… they have one of the best.
