We can keep this section short and sweet: Nine-time All-Pro Bobby Wagner left a massive void in the middle of the defense when he departed last offseason. The Seahawks never quite found a replacement, so why not reunite with a pillar of the Super Bowl-winning core?

Now, even with his advanced age, Wagner gives Seattle a quarterback of the defense again. He boasts a sky-high football IQ and still has plenty left in the tank to be effective for the Seahawks in 2023.
