17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Andrew Mukuba, SAF, Clemson

The Pittsburgh Steelers absolutely crushed the 2023 NFL Draft, so fans’ eyes aren’t focused on 2024. In this 2024 NFL Mock Draft, they get to pair a talented safety in Andrew Mukuba with Minkah Fitzpatrick.

18. Minnesota Vikings: Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB, Alabama

We’ve reached the meme portion of this 2024 NFL Mock Draft. The Minnesota Vikings can’t stop themselves from taking a corner early in the draft, and Kool-Aid McKinstry plays with impressive physicality and can set a strong tone on defense.

19. Houston Texans (via CLE): Jer’Zhan Newton, DT, Illinois

The Houston Texans landed their guys at the top of round one, but how about getting DeMeco Ryans another defensive lineman who can wreak havoc in Jer’Zhan Newton? Newton is a tremendous three down player with great power a knack for disruption.

20. New Orleans Saints: Laiatu Latu, EDGE, UCLA

The New Orleans Saints vastly improved the defensive line in 2023, but why not finish the job in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft? Laiatu Latu broke out for UCLA as a pass rusher who can threaten the edge and trim his path to the quarterback.

21. Miami Dolphins: Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU

The Miami Dolphins are only speed with the addition of track star Devon Achane. But, they haven’t gotten enough offensive line help. Kingsley Suamataia is the next BYU tackle in line and could pair with Terron Armstead and take over at left tackle before the end of his contract.

22. Baltimore Ravens: Kalen King, CB, Penn State

The Baltimore Ravens passed at corner in 2023, but in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft, they grab a corner to play opposite Marlon Humphrey in Kalen King, who might even have a higher ceiling than Joey Porter Jr.

23. Los Angeles Chargers: Cooper DeJean, CB, Iowa

The Los Angeles Chargers have some uncertainty at corner with J.C. Jackson returning from injury, and Iowa’s Cooper DeJean could thrive in a quarters scheme where he can use his coverage instincts and feel in zone.

24. Dallas Cowboys: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU

The Dallas Cowboys made a smart selection to shore up the run game in Mazi Smith in the first round in 2023, but now we’re back to business as usual on offense. Malik Nabers profiles as a different type of receiver in the building than CeeDee Lamb, Brandin Cooks, and Michael Gallup.
